摘  要:为了研究碳纤维长度和体积掺量对混凝土力学性能的增强效果,制备了C30、C40强度等级的混凝土,添加碳纤维长度为10mm和20mm,碳纤维体积掺入率为0%~0.32%、进行了18组(54个)立方体试件的轴心受压性能实验,研究其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度.实验结果表明:不同掺量的碳纤维对混凝土的抗压、劈拉强度均有不同程度的影响,总体上随着碳纤维掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度及劈拉强度随之增加,但在碳纤维长度为20mm时混凝土抗压强度有所降低;当掺量小于0.08%时,C30混凝土的抗压强度增长幅度较劈拉强度大,C40混凝土的劈拉强度增长幅度较抗压强度大;并且当碳纤维掺量达到一定量时抗压强度与劈拉强度的增长幅度均较小;实验得出长度为10mm的碳纤维能更好增强抗压和劈拉强度,对劈拉强度的增加更加明显;碳纤维添加在C40混凝土中较C30中发挥效果更佳.In order to study the strengthening effect of carbon fiber length and volume on the mechanical properties of concrete,in this paper,C30and C40strength grade concrete were prepared.The length of carbon fiber was 10 mm and 20mm,and the volume incorporation rate of carbon fiber was 0%-0.32%.The axial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of 18groups(54)of cube specimens were studied.The test results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete increase with the increase of carbon fiber content,but the compressive strength of concrete decreases when the length of carbon fiber is 20mm;When the content is less than 0.08%,the compressive strength of C30concrete increases more than the splitting tensile strength,and the splitting tensile strength of C40concrete increases more than the compressive strength;When the content of carbon fiber reaches a certain level,the increase range of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength is small.The results show that the carbon fiber with the length of 10 mm can better enhance the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,and the splitting tensile strength increases more obviously;The effect of carbon fiber in C40concrete is better than that in C30concrete.
