摘  要:对一种气候室温湿度调控箱进行了设计分析,利用cfd技术对空气在调控箱中的阻力特性进行研究,并由此对加热丝进行了分析和优化,结果当相隔倍数小于0.5时,压力损失会迅速上升;加热丝的最大温度与间隔倍数呈正相关;相隔倍数固定(0.5)时,加热丝最大温度随着直径的减小而减小;带状电阻丝有更低的最大温度和更小的压力损失,1 mm厚带状加热丝的最大温度为54.1769℃,压力损失为0.39 Pa;0.5 m/s的风速时,尾流长度为87.70,因此确定了加热丝与蒸发器的安装距离为100 mm。A kind of climate room temperature and humidity control chamber was designed and analyzed.The resistance characteristics of air in the control chamber is studied by CFD technology,and the heating wire was analyzed and optimized accordingly.The results showed that when the interval is less than 0.5,the pressure loss will rise rapidly.The maximum temperature of the heating wire is positively correlated with the interval multiple.When the spacing ratio is fixed(0.5),the maximum temperature of heating wire is de‐creased with the decreasing of diameter.Compared with circular resistance wire,banded resistance wire has lower maximum temperature and smaller pressure loss.The maximum temperature of 1mm thick banded heating wire is 54.1769℃,and the pressure loss is 0.39 Pa.When the wind speed is 0.5 m/s,the wake length is 87.70,so the installation distance between the heating wire and the evaporator is determined to be 100 mm.
