泰勒虫对海南和牛血液理化指标的影响

摘　　要：为研究海南和牛泰勒虫病血液理化指标的临床参数数据,采集73份海南和牛血液样本筛选泰勒虫感染阳性病例并进行血常规与血生化指标检测。结果表明,73头和牛中有10头确诊泰勒虫感染阳性,其余未检出病原为阴性。与阴性牛各项血常规参数比较,WBC、RBC、PLT、LYM、MON、NEU和MCHC检测值有下降趋势,HGB、HCT、EOS、BAS、MCV和MCH有升高趋势,但差异不显著(p>0.05),且各项参数均在牛正常参考范围内。与阴性牛血生化参数比较,AST、PHOS有下降趋势,ALB、GGT、TP、GLOB、BUN、MG有升高趋势,但差异同样不显著(p>0.05),虽然ALP、CK两项指标显著低于阴性牛(p<0.05),但检测值位于牛正常参考范围内。因此,泰勒虫感染后海南和牛的血液生理生化指标未表现明显异常,且未见和牛表现特征临床症状,这可能与动物地方性疾病适应性有关。In order to study the clinical parameter data of the blood physiological and biochemical indices of Theileriasis,73 blood samples of Hainan Wagyu were collected to screen the positive cases of Theileria spp.Infection,the blood routine and blood biochemical indicators were tested.The results showed that 10 of the 73 Wagyu are positive for the Theileria spp.infection,and the rest is negative for the pathogen.Com‐pared with the blood routine parameters,the detection values of WBC,RBC,PLT,LYM,MON,NEU and MCHC have a downward trend,while HGB,HCT,EOS,BAS,MCV and MCH have an upward trend,but the difference is not significant(p>0.05),and all parameters are within the normal reference range of cattle.Compared with the negative bovine blood biochemical parameters,AST and PHOS have a downward trend,and ALB,GGT,TP,GLOB,BUN and MG have an upward trend,but the difference is also not significant(p>0.05).Although the two indicators of ALP and CK are significant lower than negative cattle(p<0.05),the detection value is within the normal reference range of cattle.Therefore,the blood physiological and bio‐chemical indexes of Hainan Wagyu did not show obvious abnormalities after the Theileria spp.infection,and there are no characteristic clinical symptoms,which may be related to the adaptability of animal endem‐ic diseases.
