摘　　要：随着医疗体制深化改革的逐步推广,人们对自身健康的关注度越来越高,秉承早发现早治疗的宗旨,医院不仅迎来新的发展机遇,也面临着日益严峻的挑战。及时就医诊治导致患者人数大增,随之而来的是病历数量呈现急剧上升趋势,这大大增加了医院病案管理的难度。如何提升医院病案管理效率,强化管理水平,强化病案管理人员梯队建设是当前需要思考和解决的问题。With the gradual promotion of the deepening reform of the medical system,due to the idea of early detection and early treatment,people are paying more and more attention to their own health.Hospitals are not only facing new development opportunities,but also facing increasingly severe challenges.The number of patients increases greatly because of the fact of seeing doctors as soon as getting sick,followed by a sharp upward trend in the number of medical records,which greatly increases the difficulty of hospital medical record management.How to improve the efficiency of hospital medical record management,strengthen the management level and strengthen the personnel management is a problem that needs to be considered and solved at present.
