薄壁气瓶旋压成形工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了旋压主轴转速、进给比、吃刀量等工艺参数对旋压成形质量的影响,分析了实际旋压成形试验对薄壁高压气瓶旋压工艺相关参数变化影响规律,得到了薄壁气瓶旋压成形的工艺参数,对薄壁气瓶旋压成形具有指导意义。The influence of spinning spindle speed,feed ratio,knife quantity and other technological parameters on spinning forming quality was studied in the paper.The influence of actual spinning forming test on the relevant parameter changes of thin-walled high-pressure cylinder spinning process was analyzed.The process parameters of thin-walled cylinder spinning are of guiding significance to the spinning forming of thin-walled cylinders.
