摘　　要：在规划汽车压合件的外板生产工艺时,需要根据压合件总成的制件数模,设计出压合前的外板展开数模。讨论了外板展开尺寸的计算方法,并提出了应用方式,具有理论和实践意义。When planning the production process of the outer panel of the automobile hemming parts,it is necessary to design the unfolding digital model of the outer panel before hemming according to the digital model of the assembly parts.This article discusses the calculation method of the unfolded size of the outer panel,and proposes the application method,which has theoretical and practical significance.
