摘  要:通过分析多嵌件外框的结构特点及要求,对模具结构、工作过程及各系统设计做了详细的阐述。模具首次侧抽芯采用延时结构设计,确保卡扣不被拉断,二次侧抽芯强制脱出卡扣;侧抽芯前端作圆角处理,避免合模时侧抽芯撞坏嵌件;正确的收缩率设计保证了塑件尺寸的精度,一次试模成功,模具量产稳定,塑件质量良好。Through analysis of structure characteristics and molding process of auto crust,the article elaborated the crust injection mold design,especially strong reset design,mold hot runner design,material selection and molding parameter determine.Mold side slide core-pulling delay structure design was used for the first time,to ensure that the card could not do it was pulled,the two-step side slide core-pulling forced out card buckle;two-step side slide core-pulling front made fillet processing,avoiding crashing insert when side core-pulling clamping;the correct shrinkage ensured the accuracy of the product size,test mode was successful at the first time,the mold production was stable and the quality of plastic parts were better.
