摘 要:抽芯机构是压铸模常见的机构之一,当铸件具有与开模方向不同的内外侧凹时,模具需要侧面分型,先将抽芯抽出,然后顺利顶出铸件。雨刮器臂座侧面孔为倒扣结构,需要做成抽芯结构。前期模具设计采用大方形抽芯镶拼结构,在实际生产过程中,方形抽芯断裂频繁,备件制造工序长,加工周期长。后期,对抽芯结构进行改进,改为小异形抽芯镶拼结构,减少抽芯应力集中,提高抽芯使用寿命,降低抽芯制造成本和缩短制造周期,现该结构已普遍用于臂座压铸模。Core-pulling structure is one of the common structure of die-casting die.When the casting has inner and outer recesses different from the die opening direction,the die needs side parting,pulling out the core-pulling first,and then ejecting the casting smoothly.The side hole of the wiper arm base is an inverted buckle structure,which needs to be made into a corepulling structure.The large square core-pulling and insert structure is adopted in the early die design.In the actual production process,the square core-pulling breaks frequently,the spare parts manufacturing process is long and the processing cycle is long.In the later stage,the corepulling structure was improved to the special-shaped core-pulling insert structure,so as to improve the service life of the core-pulling,reduce the core-pulling manufacturing cost and shorten the manufacturing cycle.Now the structure has been widely used in the arm base die-casting die.
