摘  要:抚顺特钢与钢铁研究总院合作研发的FS815预硬化模块为1.2738类预硬化模块的升级品种,通过化学成分的优化设计,FS815模块预硬化后硬度可满足用户37~41HRC高硬度需求。对尺寸为600×1,200mm的FS815预硬化模块取片分析,其纯净度高、低倍组织优良、偏析轻、模块整体显微组织均匀、截面硬度偏差<2HRC,可满足用户的高抛光和蚀纹需求,为国产化材料替代进口提供了一种新型预硬化塑料模具钢材料。FS815 prehardening module, jointly developed by Fushun Special Steel and Iron and Steel Research Institute, is an upgrade of class 1.2738 prehardening module. Through the optimization design of chemical composition, the prehardening hardness of FS815 module can meet the high hardness requirements of users from 37 to 41 HRC.The FS815 prehardening module with the size of 600×1,200 mm was analyzed. The results show that it has high purity, excellent low-fold structure, light segregation, uniform microstructure and hardness deviation of cross section<2 HRC,which can meet the needs of users for high polishing and erosion.It provides a new prehardening plastic mold steel material for domestic materials to replace imported materials.
