摘　　要：为了解决由于模具本体缺陷、产品形状变更、加工错误等原因造成的铸件不合格,减少铸件报废的问题。通过模具型面补焊修复技术,达到并满足原先的技术参数要求,可避免模具报废,挽回经济损失,同时也避免能源浪费以及影响模具开发周期。In order to solve the problem of unqualified castings caused by die body defects,product shape changes,processing errors and other reasons,and reduce the scrap of castings.Through the repair welding and repair technology of die surface,the original technical parameter requirements can be met,which can avoid die scrapping,recover economic losses,avoid energy waste and affect the die development cycle.
