摘  要:凉山州林区处于西南林区,林区输配电设施是造成森林火灾的重要因素。文章基于对凉山州森林火灾发生的原因分析,从建立特事特办机制解决“树线矛盾”、政企联动进行通道治理、监测预警设备科学布点、通道共建、植被换种等方面,提出了对输配电设施火险隐患进行有效防控的综合措施。The forest area of Liangshan Prefecture is located in the southwest of China.The power transmission and distribution facilities in the forest area are an important factor causing forest fire.Based on the analysis of the causes of forest fires in Liangshan Prefecture,from the following aspects:establishing special mechanism to solve"contradiction between tree and line",linking government and enterprise to manage the passage,scientific arrangement of monitoring and warning equipment,joint construction of passage and vegetation change and so on,the comprehensive measures for effective prevention and control of fire hazards in power transmission and distribution facilities were put forward in the paper.
