摘　　要：智慧医疗作为生命医学和信息科学技术的融合交叉产物,为头颈外科的发展带来了机遇和挑战。其中借助远程联络系统为患者提供了新型的远程诊疗模式,数字化外科技术在提高手术准确性的同时最大化地满足了个性化的外科需求,手术机器人依靠多维度精细化等优势能够通过不同于传统手术的入路实现更多复杂疾病的微创精准治疗,人工智能辅助临床诊疗与随访,方便了患者,解放了医护。面对汹涌的科技浪潮席卷医疗领域,头颈外科医生作为变革时代的“弄潮儿”,应该积极了解、掌握、应用和发展智慧科技,在传统外科的基础上勇敢创新。本文就智慧医疗在头颈外科领域的研发与应用作一综述。As a cross product of life medicine and information science and technology, smart medicine has brought opportunities and challenges for the development of head and neck surgery. Telemedicine provides a new medical mode for patients. Digital surgery technology meets the needs of personalized surgery, and improves the accuracy of surgery. Surgical robots rely on the advantages of multi-dimensional refinement, which can achieve more complex minimally invasive treatment of diseases through not only traditional surgery, but also artificial intelligence-assisted clinical diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, which is convenient for patients and liberates medical care. With the advent of science and technology in the medical field, head and neck surgeons, as ‘trendsetters’ in an era of change, should actively understand, master, apply and develop smart technology, and bravely make innovations on the basis of traditional surgery. This paper, therefore, reviews the research and application of smart medicine in the field of head and neck surgery.
