小议苓桂剂与温阳化气行水法的运用

摘　　要：此文以苓桂术甘汤为切入点,从上焦病证、中焦病证、下焦病证3个方面入手,纵览《黄帝内经》时代至近代医学典籍,对前人应用苓桂剂的病症进行深入探讨,并对苓桂剂证阳虚水停之病机及其作用机制进行分析,认为苓桂剂作用关键在于桂枝(或肉桂)之温阳、化气及茯苓之利水分消,苓桂二味同用起到温化水饮的效果,进而总结出治疗水气病的大法为温阳、化气、行水。Taking Linggui Zhugan decoction as the starting point,making an overview of the era of Neijing to modern medical classics,starting from the three aspects of the upper jiao disease syndrome,the middle jiao disease syndrome and the lower jiao disease syndrome,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the prescription syndrome of the application of Linggui formula,analyzes the pathogenesis of the stagnation of yang deficiency and water stagnation of Linggui formula and the clinical mechanism of it,and holds that the key to the effect of Linggui formula is to warm yang up,convert into qi by Cassia twig(or cinnamon)and make the water flow by Poria cocos.The combination of Poria cocos and Cassia twig(or cinnamon)has the effect of warming and transforming water-rheum.The principles of treating Water vapor disease are warming yang up,converting into qi and making the water flow.
