摘　　要：目的采用前瞻性、单中心、随机分组的研究方法,观察自体富血小板凝胶联合“清疽散”箍围治疗合并有下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病(LEAD)的糖尿病足溃疡临床疗效。方法选取重庆市中医院2015年10月—2020年10月收治的合并有LEAD的糖尿病足溃疡60例。对照组:使用自体富血小板凝胶(APG)治疗。观察组:在对照组基础上,联用“清疽散”箍围治疗。连续观察12周。比较2组患者溃疡愈合率、平均痊愈时间等指标,评价2组疗法的临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组溃疡愈合率显著高于对照组,而平均痊愈时间、显效时间、有效时间明显短于对照组,新生上皮出现时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论APG联合“清疽散”箍围治疗合并有LEAD的糖尿病足溃疡,明显缩短创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合率,疗效确切,该方法值得在临床上进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of APG combined with Qingju powder hoop treatment for diabetic foot ulcers with LEAD using a prospective,single-center,randomized research method.Methods A total of 60 diabetic foot ulcers with LEAD who were admitted to Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to October 2020 were selected.Control group was treated with autologous platelet rich gel.Observation group was treated with Qingju powder hoop therapy on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks,the ulcer healing rate and average healing time of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the ulcer healing rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the average healing time,effective time,and improvement time were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the emergence of new epithelium was significantly faster than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion APG combined with Qingju powder hoop treatment of diabetic foot ulcers with LEAD can significantly shorten the wound healing time,improve the wound healing rate,and have a definite effect.This method is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
