全蝎膏治疗斑块型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全蝎膏治疗斑块型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月—2019年10月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的斑块型银屑病患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组选用0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上使用全蝎膏治疗,观察2组患者中医证候积分、不良反应,并比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果2组患者皮疹色泽、浸润的薄厚等中医证候积分均降低,较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);治疗周期结束后,治疗组93.33%(28/30)的临床总有效率优于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未出现不良反应及并发症。结论全蝎膏活血化瘀,祛风止痒,可有效改善患者临床症状和体征,具有缓解皮疹基底浸润、促进皮肤屏障的修复及止痒等作用,对于斑块型银屑病患者有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of scorpion ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods From July 2018 to October 2019 in Shenyang Seventh People’s Hospital,60 plaque psoriasis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given 0.1%furoic acid mo betamethasone cream treatment,and the treatment group used scorpion ointment on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of 2 groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy of 2 groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes,such as the color of the rash and the thickness of the infiltration,were significantly decreased in 2 groups(P<0.05).At the end of the treatment cycle,the total clinical effective rate of 93.33%(28/30)in the treatment group was superior to that of 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions and complications in both groups.Conclusion Scorpion ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing wind and relieving itching.It can relieve the basal infiltration of rash,promote the repair of skin barrier and relieve itching.It has a good therapeutic effect on patients with plaque psoriasis and is worthy of clinical application.
