益肠汤对胆囊结石术后肠胃功能恢复的研究

摘　　要：目的探究益肠汤对胆囊结石手术患者术后肠胃功能恢复的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院2019年5月—2020年5月收治的胆囊结石术后患者68例,随机分为2组,各34例。对照组术后应用对症支持治疗及抗感染干预,试验组在对照组的基础上予以中药益肠汤。治疗结束后比较2组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、进食时间、胆囊收缩功能指标、不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后与对照组相比,试验组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、进食时间较短(P<0.05),试验组胆囊收缩率较高,胆囊壁厚度、胆囊容量较低(P<0.05),不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05),并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论益肠汤应用于胆囊结石术后患者可有效促进其术后肠胃功能恢复,改善胆囊收缩功能,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of Yichang decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cholecystolithiasis surgery.Methods 68 patients with cholecystolithiasis in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each.The control group received symptomatic supportive treatment and anti infection intervention,the experimental group received more with Yichang decoction.After treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,eating time,gallbladder contraction function index,adverse reactions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,first defecation time and eating time in the experimental group were shorter(P<0.05),gallbladder contraction rate was higher,gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder volume were lower(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Yichang decoction can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the gallbladder contraction function in patients with cholecystolithiasis.
