益气养阴活血汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的系统性评价益气养阴活血汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月在大连市中医医院内分泌科病房住院并接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用氯沙坦钾片治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合益气养阴活血汤内服方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮和血清肌酐水平变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候评分、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮、血清肌酐均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗方案可有效提高糖尿病肾病患者肾脏对白蛋白代谢及滤过功能,益气活血、养阴通络,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 diabetic nephropathy patients hospitalized and treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 patients in the control group were treated with losartan potassium tablets,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score,urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets can effectively improve renal albumin metabolism and filtration function in diabetic nephropathy patients,improve local blood perfusion.The clinical effect is remarkable and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
