摘　　要：目的探讨埋线学术流派——埋线针刀疗法疾病谱的特征。方法梳理穴位埋线的疾病谱特征、针刀疗法的疾病谱特征、埋线针刀疗法的疾病谱特征;梳理埋线针刀工具与神经节埋线操作的不可替代性、埋线针刀疗法与神经节埋线疗法结合特点。结果埋线针刀结合神经节埋线疗效显著。结论埋线针刀与神经节的完美结合是埋线针刀流派拓展疾病谱的特殊方式。Objective To explore the academic schools of acupoint catgut embedding therapy-characteristics of disease spectrum of thread embedding needle knife therapy.Methods Combing the disease spectrum characteristics of acupoint catgut embedding,needle knife therapy and needle knife therapy;Combing the irreplaceable of thread embedding needle knife tool and ganglion thread embedding operation,and the combination characteristics of thread embedding needle knife therapy and ganglion thread embedding therapy.Results Suture embedding needle knife combined with ganglion suture embedding has significant curative effect.Conclusion The perfect combination of embedding needle knife and ganglion is a special way for embedding needle knife school to expand the spectrum of diseases.
