摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变是比较常见的一种糖尿病并发症,在中医学上被称为“消渴目病”,严重危害患者身心健康。探索糖尿病视网膜病变的防治,一直是现代医学及传统医学的研究热点及重点。因此,文章从病因病机、辨证分型以及中医药治疗3个方面进行了探讨,以期为临床治疗水平的提高提供一定帮助。Diabetic retinopathy is a common complication of diabetes,which is called“thirst-relieving eye disease”in traditional Chinese medicine,which seriously harms the physical and mental health of patients.With the increasing number of people with diabetes,exploring the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy has been the focus and focus of modern medicine and traditional medicine.Therefore,this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical classification and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,in order to provide some help for the improvement of clinical treatment level.
