摘 要:以鸟巢蕨组培原叶体为材料,研究不同直径原叶体块及不同基质对孢子体试管外诱导的影响,并对孢子体在不同移栽基质中的生长情况(包括成活率、叶片数、叶面积、冠幅、株高等)进行比较分析。结果表明:2.0 cm原叶体块容易诱导出更多的鸟巢蕨孢子体;试管外诱导鸟巢蕨孢子体最佳基质为草炭,诱导率达70.00%,最差的基质是蛭石,诱导率为10.00%;鸟巢蕨孢子体最佳移栽基质为草炭与珍珠岩按体积比1∶1混合而成的基质,综合性状表现最佳。Using the tissue culture prothallus of Asplenium nidus as material,the effects of different diameters of prothallus blocks and different substrates on the induction of sporophytes in vitro were studied.The survival rate,leaf number,leaf area,crown width and plant height of the sporophytes in different transplanting substrates were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the sporophytes were more easily induced from 2.0 cm prothallus.The best induction substrates was peat,with a sporophyte induction rate of 70.00%,while the worst was vermiculite,with an induction rate of 10.00%.The best transplanting substrate was peat and perlite with a ratio of 1:1,which showed the best comprehensive characters.
