摘 要:以农香42、玖两优黄华占、耘两优玖48、桃优香占为供试水稻品种,在关键的孕穗期探究淹水处理和常规水分管理模式对镉污染耕地中水稻各部位镉富集和转运特性的影响。结果表明:淹水处理可有效阻碍水稻植株对镉吸收,降低根茎叶中的镉含量,与常规水分管理相比,淹水处理根中镉含量降低了28.57%,茎秆镉含量降低了56.25%;淹水处理还可降低水稻植株对镉的富集和转移能力,主要表现为茎秆的镉富集系数显著降低,降幅可达62.10%。另外,研究还发现,耘两优玖48、桃优香占这2个品种对镉的吸收转运能力弱于农香42、玖两优黄华占这2个品种,可在今后加以利用。Taking Nongxiang 42,JiuliangyouHuanghuazhan,Yunliangyoujiu 48 and Taoyouxiangzhan as the tested rice varieties,the effects of flooding treatment and conventional water management on cadmium accumulation and transport characteristics in different parts of rice at booting stage in the cadmium-contaminated paddy were investigated.The results show that:flooding treatment can effectively hinder the absorption of cadmium by rice plants and reduce the cadmium content in roots,stems and leaves;the cadmium content was reduced by 28.57%in the roots,and 56.25%in the stems compared with conventional water management.Flooding treatment can also reduce the ability of rice plants to accumulate and transfer cadmium.Especially,the cadmium enrichment coefficient of stalks was significantly reduced by 62.10%.In addition,the study has also found that Yunliangyoujiu 48 and Taoyouxiangzhan have a weaker cadmium absorption and transport capacity than Nongxiang 42 and JiuliangyouHuanghuazhan,so they can be used in the future.
