摘  要:以卷丹百合为试验对象,通过田间微区试验对比分析单施化肥(CK)、化肥+菌肥(T1)、化肥+低量菇渣(T2)、化肥+高量菇渣(T3)、化肥+低量菇渣+菌肥(T4)、化肥+高量菇渣+菌肥(T5)6个处理对百合鳞茎的增产提质效果。结果表明:施用菌肥或菇渣以及二者配施均可显著提升百合鳞茎的产量、蛋白质含量,以T4处理的产量最高,比CK增产20.48%,以T3处理的蛋白质含量最高,比CK增加63.37%;菇渣与菌肥配施对百合鳞茎中VC、氮、磷、钾含量无显著影响,但可提高单位面积百合鳞茎的磷、钾累积量,其中T4处理的磷、钾累积量分别比CK增加38.00%和28.67%。因此,菇渣可用于百合种植,其与菌肥配施对百合的增产提质效果显著。Lilium lancifolium was used as the tested material in a micro-plot experiment.The bulb yield and quality of Lilium lancifolium were compared and analyzed under 6 treatments,including single chemical fertilizer(CK),chemical fertilizer+microbial fertilizer(T1),chemical fertilizer+a small amount of spent mushroom substrates SMS(T2),chemical fertilizer+a large amount of SMS(T3),chemical fertilizer+a small amount of SMS+microbial fertilizer(T4),chemical fertilizer+a large amount of SMS+microbial fertilizer(T5).The results showed that the single application of microbial fertilizer or SMS and their co-application could significantly increase the yield and protein content of the bulbs.The highest yield was obtained in T4,20.48%higher than CK.The highest content of protein was in T3,63.37%higher than CK.While the combined application of SMS and microbial fertilizer had no significant impacts on VC,N,P and K contents in the bulbs,but P and K accumulation per unit area of the bulbs increased.Especially,P and K accumulation in T4 significantly increased by 38.00%and 28.67%,respectively compared to CK.Therefore,spent mushroom substrates can be applied to Lilium lancifolium planting,and its co-application with microbial fertilizer is beneficial to achieving a higher yield and quality of lily.
