摘　　要：教育部体育美育浸润行动计划将乡村体育美育师资队伍建设列为四大任务之一。在试点工作中,长沙师范学院根据帮扶对象辰溪县域学校的体育美育师资队伍状况,拟定“长期+短期”“线上+线下”培训模式,通过定期送培到县、线上授课和随岗研修,开展“浸润式”体育美育师资培训,着力解决帮扶学校体育美育教师的学科素质短板问题,更新其教育理念,提升其教学技能,为乡村体育美育高质量发展赋能。In the Infiltration Action Plan ofPhysical Education and Aesthetic Education issued by the Ministry of Education,the building of teaching staff of rural physical aesthetic education is one of its four main tasks.In the pilot work,Changsha Normal University draws up a"long-term plus short-term"and"online plus offline"training model according to the situation of physical aesthetic teachers in Chenxi County.It canys out"infiltration"physical aesthetic education teacher training by regularly giving classes to the county,online teaching and on-the-job study,so as to remedy teachers5 deficiency in the subject quality of physical aesthetic education.It can also update their educational ideas and promote their teaching skills,thus boosting the high-quality development of rural physical aesthetic education.
