摘　　要：[目的/意义]移动智能时代到来,用户与APP交互完成健康信息搜索已成为常态。文章旨在揭示突发公共卫生事件中大学生健康信息搜索的APP交互行为,为移动健康信息服务提供针对性建议。[方法/过程]结合移动经验采样法、关键事件技术与日记法获取大学生用户突发公共卫生事件中的健康信息搜索数据,并采取开放式编码、关联性分析和社会网络分析方法对APP类型、APP交互搜索功能、APP交互搜索主题和APP交互搜索路径进行分析。[结果/结论]首先,在突发公共卫生事件中,大学生用户的健康信息搜索路径一般由偶遇驱动,具有多渠道选择特征;其次,大学生用户的APP交互搜索行为受到目的和情境双因素影响,且呈现核心—边缘应用的模式;最后,APP是跨屏和线下—线上搜索路径中的关键节点,多信息源搜索的快捷性得以增强。[Purpose/significance] With the advent of the era of mobile intelligence, it has become normal for users to interact with app to complete health information search.This paper aims to reveal the app interaction behavior of health information searching for college students in public health emergencies, and provide targeted suggestions for mobile health information services.[Method/process] This study combines mobile experience sampling method, critical incident technique and diary method to obtain the health information search data of users in public health emergencies, and adopts open coding, relevance analysis and social network analysis methods to analyze APP type, APP interactive searching function, APP interactive searching theme and APP interactive searching path.[Result/conclusion] In public health emergencies, the health information searching path of college students is generally driven by chance, and has the characteristics of multi-channel selection;secondly, the interactive searching behavior of APP is affected by purpose and context, and presents a core-edge application mode;finally, APP is the key node in cross screen searching mode and offline online search mode to enhance the efficiency of multi-source search.
