摘  要:断奶仔猪具有消化系统不完善、易受断奶应激影响等生理特点,因此对饲料添加剂的要求更为严苛。而微生态制剂是一种新型、绿色、安全和高效的饲料添加剂,不易受胃肠道内酶类的影响,能够有效定植在机体的肠壁内,调节肠道内菌群,促进营养物质的吸收,激发免疫细胞的活性,提高机体的免疫力,增强抗氧化能力。本文从微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫性能和血清抗氧化性能方面的影响出发,阐述微生态制剂的作用机制,以期为其替代饲用抗生素在断奶仔猪生产中的推广应用提供试验依据。Weaned piglets have physiological characteristics such as imperfect digestive system and susceptibility to weaning stress,so the requirements for feed additives are more stringent.Microecologics is a new,green,safe and efficient feed additive.Microecological agents are not easily affected by enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract,and can be effectively planted in the intestinal wall of the body,regulate the intestinal flora,promote the absorption of nutrients,stimulate the activity of immune cells,improve the immunity of the body,and enhance the antioxidant capacity.In this paper,the effects of probiotics on growth performance,immune performance and serum antioxidant performance of weaned piglets were studied,and the mechanism of probiotics was described,so as to provide experimental basis for the promotion and application of probiotics in the production of weaned piglets instead of feeding antibiotics.
