摘 要:为研究添加不同水平扁杏皮对育肥羔羊饲粮中营养物质表观消化率、血清脂质代谢指标的影响,本试验选择50日龄左右、体重相近、健康状况良好的小尾寒羊母羔80只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复4只羔羊。对照组饲喂不含扁杏皮的饲粮,试验组分别饲喂含3%(A组)、6%(B组)和9%(C组)扁杏皮的饲粮,试验期60 d。当试验组羊平均体重约达30 kg时,每组选取4只羔羊进行消化代谢试验。试验期结束时,每组选取4只羔羊颈静脉采血,测定血清生化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,A、B、C组育肥羔羊饲粮中粗蛋白质的表观消化率分别提高了3.56%、7.18%、4.08%(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率分别提高了3.23%、8.04%、4.30%(P<0.05)。B组育肥羔羊饲粮干物质和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率分别比对照组提高了5.39%和6.71%(P<0.05)。各试验组间羔羊血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05);各试验组间羔羊血清中总胆固醇的含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中适量添加扁杏皮可以提高育肥羔羊饲粮养分的表观消化率,改善脂类代谢。本试验条件下,育肥羔羊饲粮中扁杏皮的最适添加量为6%。The present experiment aimed to evaluate the effects of dietary kernel apricot pericarp on nutrient digestibility and serum lipid index of fattening lambs.Eighty healthy small tail han sheeps aged about 50 days with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 4 fattening lambs per replicate.Lambs in blank control group was fed a base diet without kernel apricot pericarp,while the trial groups were fed diets with kernel apricot pericarp at the levels of 3%(group A),6%(group B)or 9%(group C)in the air-dry weight basis respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 d.When the weight of the lambs in the experimental group reaches about 30 kg,4 lambs in each group were selected for the digestion test.The blood biochemical indexes were measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that the apparent digestibility of crude protein of fattening lambs in groups A,B and C were increased by 3.56%,7.18%and 4.08%(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber were increased by 3.23%,8.04%and 4.30%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter and acid detergent fiber of fattening lambs in group B were increased by 5.39%and 6.71%compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the serum triglyceride,high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein content of fattening lambs among all groups(P>0.05).The serum total cholesterol content of fattening lambs in the experiment group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the diet supplemented with appropriate amount of kernel apricot pericarp could promote the nutrient digestibility in fattening lambs,improve serum lipid index.Under this experimental conditions,the optimal supplemental proportion of kernel apricot pericarp in diet of fattening lambs was 6%.
