摘　　要：目的评价芪苈强心胶囊(QLQX)治疗心力衰竭(HF)的临床疗效。方法利用计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普等5个数据库中常规治疗基础上加用QLQX治疗HF的临床随机对照试验文献,检索时间为数据库建库至2021年7月。采用Revman 5.3软件对文献中的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、脑钠肽(BNP)、6 min步行试验距离(6MWT)等指标进行Meta分析,系统评价QLQX治疗HF的临床疗效。结果共纳入26项研究,5161例患者。Meta分析显示,QLQX明显升高HF患者的LVEF[WMD=5.63,95%CI(4.33,6.93),P<0.01]和6MWT距离[WMD=58.86,95%CI(39.57,78.14),P<0.01],降低LVEDD[WMD=-3.08,95%CI(-4.07,-2.10),P<0.01]、NT-proBNP[WMD=-572.28,95%CI(-1022.45,-122.11),P=0.01]、BNP水平[WMD=-774.96,95%CI(-1102.41,-44.50),P<0.01]。结论常规治疗基础上加用QLQX能够进一步提高HF患者的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qiliqiangxin capsule(QLQX)in the treatment of heart failure(HF).Methods Using computer to search five databases including PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other five databases,clinical randomized controlled trial literature of QLQX treatment on the basis of conventional treatment plus QLQX,the search time is from the establishment of the database to July 2021.Revman 5.3 software was used to analyze the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),and 6-min walk test distance(6MWT)in the literature.Meta-analysis of and other indicators was performed to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of QLQX in the treatment of HF.Results A total of 26 studies with 5161 patients were included.Meta analysis showed that QLQX significantly increased the LVEF[WMD=5.63,95%CI(4.33,6.93),P<0.01]and 6MWT distance[WMD=58.86,95%CI(39.57,78.14),P<0.01]of HF patients,reduce LVEDD[WMD=-3.08,95%CI(-4.07,-2.10),P<0.01],NT-proBNP[WMD=-572.28,95%CI(-1022.45,-122.11),P=0.01],BNP level[WMD=-774.96,95%CI(-1102.41,-44.5),P<0.01].Conclusion The addition of QLQX on the basis of conventional treatment can further improve the clinical efficacy of HF patients.
