摘　　要：文章从对新加坡有效的公共卫生服务和中央公积金制度分析入手,指出两者共同作用于新加坡的医疗保障体系,既控制政府支出、又实现了全社会覆盖,从而达到了效率与公平的有机结合;并由新加坡的实践经验,给出了完善我国医疗保障体系的建议。It analyzes the effective public health services and central provident fund system in Singapore,and points out that the combination of these two work on the health security system in Singapore controlled government expenditure,realizes the whole social coverage,achieves the combination of efficiency and equity.Based on the experiences of Singapore,it proposes suggestions on improving medical security system in China.
