摘 要:当前新能源汽车已经成为汽车制造业的一大发展趋势,制约其发展的主要因素之一在于电池的性能。对汽车电池来说,除了电池能量密度之外,电池的安全性也是一个重要的性能指标。首先,介绍了当前具有代表性的一些电池热模型的建模方案,并深入分析基于电池机理建模的代表方案Sato模型。然后,使用MATLAB进行建模仿真,得到了电池温度随时间变化的仿真数据,并对结果进行了分析。最后,针对模型中电池内阻的设定进行了分析与改进,得到了更符合真实情况的结果。These days, new energy vehicles have become a major development trend of the automobile manufacturing industry, one of the main factors restricting their development is the performance of batteries. For vehicle batteries, in addition to battery energy density, battery safety also serves as an important performance indicator. Firstly, some typical modeling schemes for battery thermal model are introduced, and Sato model, a representative scheme based on battery mechanism modeling, is deeply analyzed. Then, MATLAB is used for modeling and simulation, the simulation data of battery temperature changing with time are obtained, and the results are analyzed. Finally, the setting of battery internal resistance in the model is analyzed and improved, and a result that is more in line with the real situation is obtained.
