摘 要:针对半自磨流程因非线性、多变量耦合、内部信息不可测等特征而难以控制的问题,提出了一种基于强跟踪滤波的半自磨流程运行自抗扰控制方法,以达到稳定运行、提高产量、节能降耗的控制目标。该方法首先建立半自磨流程进出口物料平衡关系的重要工作参数数学模型,提出基于强跟踪滤波的扩张状态观测器,实时观测跟踪系统状态和扰动作用并加以补偿;然后构建了基于自抗扰控制器的半自磨流程控制策略。MATLAB仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。Aiming at the problem that semi-autogenous grinding process is difficult to control because of its non-linearity,multi-variable coupling and immeasurable internal information,an active disturbance rejection control method based on strong tracking filter for semi-autogenous grinding process operation is proposed to achieve the control objectives of stable operation,increasing output,saving energy and reducing consumption.Firstly,an important working parameter mathematical model of material balance relationship between import and export in semi-autogenous grinding process is established.An extended state observer based on strong tracking filter is proposed to observe and track the state and disturbance of the system and compensate for them in real time.Then,a semi-autogenous grinding process control strategy based on active disturbance rejection controller is constructed.The MATLAB simulation results verify the effectiveness of this method.
