摘  要:介绍了铁素体球墨铸铁气缸体铸件的结构及技术要求,根据铸件结构特点,合理地设计了浇注系统,制定了有效的补缩措施和凝固方式,均匀安放发热保温冒口,严格控制铸型的温度梯度,有效地提高了补缩效果,避免铸件发生收缩性铸造缺陷。在实际试制过程中,采用优质的原材料,合理控制化学成分,严格控制铁液出炉温度和浇注温度,并通过多次强化孕育措施,达到了细化石墨、增加石墨球数量、提升球化率的目的,确保获得理想的金相组织和力学性能指标。The structure and technical requirements of the ferrite nodular iron cylinder block casting was introduced.Based on the structure characteristics of the casting,the gating system was rationally designed,effective feeding measures and solidification mode had been formulated,insulating and exothermic risers were evenly set,temperature gradient of the mold was strictly controlled that effectively elevated the feeding effect,preventing contraction defects occurring with casting.In the practical trial production process,high quality raw materials were used,chemical compositions were rationally controlled,the iron liquid tapping temperature and pouring temperature was strictly controlled,and by conducting multiple intensified inoculations,the graphite refining and graphite nodules increasing,and nodularity grade elevating were realized that ensured to obtain ideal metallurgical structure and mechanical properties.
