摘  要:介绍了蠕墨铸铁生产中常用的冲入法蠕化和喂丝蠕化两种方式,通过对两种蠕化处理方式进行对比分析,得出结论:采用冲入法对出铁量、出铁温度、出铁角度、出铁速度、浇包堤坝、合金覆盖要求较高,某一个因素控制不到位蠕化率就会出现偏差,蠕化合格率波动较大;采用喂丝蠕化工艺,能够避开出铁方面的要求,减少人为控制因素,可以精确控制蠕化剂加入量及w(Mg残)量,蠕化情况良好,蠕化率稳定,同时提高了生产效率。最后指出:在选择蠕化处理工艺时,应根据公司的生产工艺现状、设备现状、人员现状等方面综合考量,选择适合自己的蠕化处理工艺来保证稳定的蠕化合格率。Two vermicularization processes of pour-over process and cored-wire injection process commonly used in vermicular graphite iron production were introduced.Through comparative analysis,the conclusions were drawn:using pour-over process,iron tapping quantity,tapping temperature,tapping angle,tapping speed,ladle dam and alloy coverage requirements are high,a certain factor control being not good would cause deviation,the vermicularity rate would fluctuate greatly,using cored-wire injection process,the tapping requirements could be avoided,the human control factors could be reduced,the vermicularizing alloy adding quantity and residual Mg quantity could be controlled precisely,the vermicularization reaction was good,vermicularity was stable,and,at the same time,the productivity was elevated.Finally it was pointed out:when selecting vermi-cularization treatment process,it’s necessary to comprehensively consider the current production process status,equipment status,personnel status,of the company,choose your suitable vermicularization process to ensure stable vermicularity rate.
