摘  要:介绍了一种中频感应炉干法筑炉法,包括筑炉材料的选择、筑炉胎模的特点以及炉衬的打结和烧结。详细阐述了打结和烧结的工艺方法与湿法筑炉法的差异,对比湿法筑炉法的不足,指出了干法筑炉的优点:(1)干法筑炉使用的原材料取消了硼酸、硅溶胶等添加剂,减少了混制工序,降低了炉衬打结的劳动强度;(2)原材料的流动性好,还能增加炉衬紧实度和密度,大幅降低熔炼过程安全风险;(3)中频感应电炉干法筑炉的应用,为铸造生产降低了制作周期成本和维护成本,提高了生产效益,应用前景比较广阔。A dry furnace building method used for medium frequency induction furnace was introduced including selection of furnace building materials,characteristics of furnace inner cavity model,and furnace lining ramming and sintering.A detail description was given to the difference between ramming and sintering process and wet furnace building process.The shortcomings of the wet process was explained,and the advantages of dry process were pointed out:(1)In the dry process the boric acid,silica soliquid and other additives were cancelled,the mixing procedures were reduced,the furnace lining ramming labor intensity was decreased.(2)The raw materials flowability was good that could also increase furnace lining compactness and density and thereby reduce safety risk.(3)The application of dry lining building process of medium frequency induction furnace reduced production cycle costs and maintenance costs for the foundry production,improved production efficiency,its application prospects was more broad.
