摘　　要：介绍了冲天炉的优势、发展趋势及面临的环保压力,阐述了对现有的2台10 t/h冷风冲天炉进行一系列环保改造、新技术应用和技术改造:在优质熔炼方面,选用优质铸造焦炭、建立完善的质量保证体系;在设备方面,更换除尘设备、对固体废弃物进行资源化处理、改进炉后自动配料系统、使用远程传输控制系统以及建立炉料库。按上述改造后,稳定地熔炼出了高温优质铁液,在保证冲天炉铁液质量的情况下,取得较好的经济效益,实现了冲天炉熔炼的环保、节能、高效目标。The advantages,development trend and faced environment protection pressure of cupola were introduced.A series of environment protection renovations,new technologies application and technical renovations of 2 existing 10 t/h cold air blast furnaces were described:in the aspect of high quality smelting,selected high quality foundry coke and established perfect quality assurance system,in the aspect of equipment,replaced dust removal equipment,resourcing-treated the solid waste,improved automatic furnace charges mixing system,used remote transmission control system and established furnace material storehouse.After above reformation was conducted,the cupola melted stably high temperature and high quality iron liquid,and the better economic benefit was obtained under the condition of ensuring the quality of cupola iron melt and the target that the cupola being environment protect,energy conservation,high efficient was realized.
