摘　　要：巢蜜是将蜂蜜酿制成熟并封上蜡盖的整个蜜脾作为一种可以直接食用的蜂蜜产品。研究了贮藏湿度对巢蜜品质的影响,结果显示湿度对其水分含量影响较大,研究结果可以为巢蜜的贮藏提供参考。Comb honey,which is a kind of honey product that can be eaten directly,is the honey cells with matured honey and wax cover.In this paper,the effects of storage humidity on the quality of honey were studied.The results showed that humidity had a greater impact on the moisture content of honey.The results can provide reference for the storage of comb honey.
