产业关联及技术创新扩散效应——基于装备制造业与生产性服务业的分析

摘　　要：基于投入产出理论构造修正的技术创新扩散流量矩阵,可以测算和分析我国装备制造业与生产性服务业间的关联效应、技术创新扩散的吸收效应和溢出效应。实证结果表明,装备制造业的吸收和溢出效应整体要优于生产性服务业,两产业扩散效应三年变化趋势波动比较大;仪器仪表制造业,通用设备制造业,金属制品、机械和设备修理业以及科学研究和技术服务业具有高吸收高溢出扩散特征;金属制品业,交通运输设备制造业,电气机械和器材制造业以及计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造业具有低吸收高溢出扩散特征;专用设备制造业以及信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业具有高吸收低溢出扩散特征;交通运输、仓储和邮政业,金融业以及租赁和商务服务业具有低吸收低溢出扩散特征。Based on the input-output theory,this paper constructs a modified flow matrix of technological innovation diffusion,measures and analyzes the correlation effect and technology innovation diffusion absorption and spillover effect between China's equipment manufacturing industry and its producer services industry by using the input-output data in 2012,2015 and 2017.The results show that the absorption and spillover effect of technology innovation diffusion in the equipment manufacturing industry is better than that of the producer service industry,and the three-year trend of the diffusion effects of technological innovation in the two industries fluctuates greatly;the instrument manufacturing industry,the general equipment manufacturing industry,the metal products,machinery and equipment repair industry and the scientific research and technical service industry feature high absorption and high spillover diffusion;the metal products industry,the transportation equipment manufacturing industry,the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry and the computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry feature low absorption and high spillover diffusion;the special equipment manufacturing industry and the information transmission,software and information technology service industry are characterized by high absorption and low spillover diffusion;the transportation,storage and postal industry,the financial industry as well as leasing and business services industry are characterized by low absorption and low spillover diffusion.
