摘 要:随着新能源的大规模利用以及直流配电网的快速发展,直流变压器受到广泛关注.输入串联输出并联-双有源桥DC-DC变换器(Input Series Output Parallel-Dual Active Bridge,ISOP-DAB)结构能够有效解决高压大功率的双向传输问题,但面临着模块间的均压均流挑战.针对现存均压均流控制方法繁多但缺乏归纳总结的问题,对不同控制方案进行了多方面对比分析.首先,简要介绍了ISOP-DAB的基本结构和功能;其次,结合PSIM仿真分析了控制上完全独立的共同占空比控制、上翘控制;然后综合比较了控制上有耦合的特殊输入均压控制、输出均流控制;最后,对提及的所有控制方法进行了归纳总结,确定了各类方法的可行性及适用范围,对比了其优缺点,以便为ISOP-DAB的控制器设计提供参考.With the large-scale utilization of renewable energy and the rapid development of DC distribution network,DC transformer is attracting increasingly wide interest.Input Series Output Parallel-Dual Active Bridge(ISOP-DAB)structure can effectively achieve the bidirectional transmission under high voltage and high power,but it faces the challenge of voltage and current sharing between modules.There are many existing voltage and current sharing control methods;however,there is little review on different control schemes which compares and analyzes them from multiple perspectives.Firstly,the basic structure and function of ISOP-DAB are briefly introduced.Secondly,based on the analysis of PSIM simulation,the completely independent duty cycle sharing control and positive output-voltage gradient method are analyzed.Then,the special input voltage sharing control and output current sharing control with coupling are comprehensively compared.Finally,all the control methods above are summarized,the feasi-bility and application scope of these methods are illustrated,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared,so as to provide reference for the controller design of ISOP-DAB.
