摘　　要：进入新时代,深化教育领域对外开放,推动高等教育国际化,是探索高等教育高质量发展的重要课题。首先,从宏观层面梳理国家和贵州关于高等教育国际化的指示方针,表明国际化是贵州高等教育高质量发展的必由之路;从微观层面依据贵州现阶段对外合作办学实践情况分析,发现存在合作院校单一、合作规模较小、课程体系缺失、师资力量不足、政策机制不完善等现实问题,需要进一步提升对外合作办学质量和水平。其次,以贵州省和韩国合作办学为重点,通过政治、经济、文化三个维度解读贵州省和韩国合作办学带来的实效性,面向省内各高校在读大学生开展意向调查。再次,提出贵州高等教育国际化的战略理念,构建具体的操作路径和策略,为贵州推动高等教育国际化发展提供建议参考。With the advent of the 21st century,prioritization on the opening up and development of the field of educational,as well as promoting the internationalization of higher education,is an important task,especially as it relates to high-quality development of higher education.This paper reviews the guidelines of both the federal government and Guizhou province as they apply to the internationalization of higher education on the macro level,and demonstrates that the high-quality development of higher education in Guizhou province is the only way to realize internationalization on the micro level.Based on an analysis of the current practice of running schools with foreign cooperation in Guizhou province,it is found that in single cooperative schools there are such practical problems as lack of cooperation,lack of proper curriculum,shortages of teachers,and imperfect policy mecha-nisms,thus demonstrating the need to further enhance the quality and level of foreign cooperation in managing schools.Focusing on the cooperation between Guizhou province and South Korea in managing schools,the authors analyze the effectiveness of cooperation between Guizhou province and South Korea in managing schools from three dimensions-politics,economy and culture.This paper advocates the strategic idea of internationalization for Guizhou Higher Education,and constructs a concrete operation route and the strategy,which will provide sug-gestions for the internationalization of Higher Education in Guizhou province.
