摘  要:利用光学显微镜法和计算法对不同规格的碳纤维进行纤维直径的测量,通过理论分析和实验测试,研究了试验次数、纤维是否含浸润剂和不同测量方法对碳纤维直径测量结果的影响,并评定其不确定度。结果表明:测量次数一般在n=10左右较为适宜,浸润剂对碳纤维直径的测量结果基本没影响,光学显微镜法和计算法碳纤维直径的测量结果在统计学意义上无差异。气体比重瓶法和密度梯度柱法测量纤维密度时结果基本一致,气体比重瓶法更简便实用。The fiber diameter of different tow carbon fibers was measured by optical microscope method and calculation method.Through theoretical analysis and experimental testing,the influences of the number of tests,the cases whether the fibers contain sizing agent and the different measuring methods on the carbon fiber diameter measurements were studied,and the uncertainty was evaluated.The results showed that the appropriate number of tests was generally about n=10 and the sizing agent had little effects on the measurement results of carbon fiber diameter.There were no significant differences in carbon fiber diameter measurements between optical microscope method and calculation method statistically.The gas pycnometer method and the gradient column method had basically the same results in the measurement of fiber density,but the gas pycnometer method was more convenient and practical.
