摘  要:介绍了玻璃纤维行业的基本情况和纯氧燃烧技术,对深冷空分和变压吸附制氧技术做了对比分析。概述了变压吸附制氧由于其工艺简单、能耗较低、操作灵活、安全性较高、维护方便等优势在玻纤池窑纯氧燃烧工艺选型上逐渐占有重要地位。同时对变压吸附制氧的发展、工艺原理以及特点做了简要分析。The basic situation of glass fiber industry and the oxy-fuel combustion technology are introduced,and the cryogenic air separation and pressure swing adsorption technologies for oxygen production are compared.It is summarized that the pressure swing adsorption oxygen production technology has gradually occupied an important position in the selection of oxy-fuel combustion process for glass fiber furnaces due to its simple process,low energy consumption,flexible operation,high safety and convenient maintenance.The development,technological principle and characteristics of pressure swing adsorption oxygen production technology are briefly analyzed as well.
