摘　　要：弗林蛋白酶(Furin)属于枯草杆菌蛋白酶家族的细胞内丝氨酸Ca2+依赖性内肽酶,是前蛋白转化酶(PCs)家族中的一员,在人体的各种组织和细胞中普遍存在。Furin分别在内质网和高尔基体中进行自剪切后活化,活化后的Furin能激活细胞内众多具有重要功能的蛋白质前体。Furin在人体众多的生理过程中处于必不可少的位置,它不仅出现于各种前体蛋白加工以及许多生长因子的成熟过程中,还涉及许多疾病,如由新冠病毒引起的感染、骨相关疾病和肿瘤等,具有重要的生物学功能。Furin,a member of the proprotein convertases(PCs)family,belongs to the intracellular serine Ca2+-dependent endopeptidase of the subtilisin family protein and exists widely in various tissues and cells.Furin is activated in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus after cleavages.The activated Furin can mediate the processing of many protein precursors with important functions in the cells.Furin plays an essential role in many physiological processes in human.It not only participates in the processing of various precursor proteins and the maturation of many growth factors,but also involves in many diseases,such as infections caused by the SARSCoV-2,skeletal disorders and tumor.Thus,it has significant biological functions.
