价值工程在高校外墙出新方案中的应用

摘　　要：通过对真石漆、石材颗粒饰面砂浆两种外墙出新改造材质的优缺点、施工工艺、工程造价、使用寿命、真实案例实际效果等几方面进行方案比选,在造价相差不多的情况下,运用价值工程原理最终选出石材颗粒饰面砂浆进行外墙出新,为学校相关楼宇改造提供经验。This paper makes comparison of the strength and weakness,construction technologies,construction costs,service life and actual result of real cases of stone-like coating and stone particle decorative mortar,two exterior wall refurbishment materials.In the case of similar cost,uses the principle of value engineering to select the stone particle facing mortar for exterior wall renovation,which provides experience for the future building reconstruction in colleges and universities.
