摘　　要：随着新建、改扩建的医院工程项目不断增加,在政府大力推动施工过程结算的前提下,研究BIM技术实现提升施工过程结算管理水平具有重要意义。在阐述施工过程结算的前提下,分析了目前医院工程项目施工过程结算的管理现状。以提升结算效率为目标,构建了医院项目施工过程结算流程,并分析了项目前期阶段、项目实施阶段及项目竣工验收阶段的管控要点。在施工过程结算推进工作中,建议从全过程BIM技术的应用、软件技术进一步完善、有效的协同管理平台、管理制度的系统建设等4个方面予以措施保障。With the increasing number of new,renovated and expanded hospital engineering projects,under the premise that the government vigorously promoted the settlement of the construction process,it had a significant meaning to study BIM technology to improve the efficiency of the construction process.On the premise of expounding the settlement of the construction process,it analyzed the management status of the settlement of the current hospital engineering projects.With the goal of improving settlement efficiency,the settlement process of the hospital project construction process was established,and the management and control points of the early stage of the project,the project implementation stage and the project completion acceptance stage were analyzed.In the progress of settlement during the construction process,it was recommended that measures should be taken to ensure the application of BIM technology in the whole process,further improvement of software technology,effective collaborative management platform,and system construction of management systems.
