摘  要:针对传统实车电路故障诊断实训台架只适应于特定车型的特定线路,导致使用不方便、测试点有限等问题,提出了一种新型的实车电路故障诊断实训系统。系统采用测试探针而非传统的特制线束,将实车的电路测试点连接到测试台架上。这种直接针对实车电路测试点的实训系统,在实际使用中更加灵活,可以适应任意车型任意电路的故障诊断训练。In view of the problem that the traditional real vehicle circuit fault diagnosis training platform is only suitable for the specific lines of specific models,which leads to inconvenient use and limited test points,this paper proposes a new real vehicle circuit fault diagnosis system.The system uses the test probe instead of the traditional special wiring harness to connect the circuit test points of the real vehicle to the test bench.By using the test probes,any circuit test point in the real vehicle can be connected to the test bench as needed.This kind of training system is more flexible in practical use,and can adapt to the fault diagnosis training of any vehicle type and any circuit.
