摘  要:以红花为原料提取了红花红色素,利用IR和UV-vis测定了色素结构和吸收光谱。将该色素染色真丝织物,并探究染色条件和染色工艺对染色性能的影响。结果显示,色素最大吸收波长527nm,其中仲羟基和叔羟基较其他组分含量较高;常规上染真丝,当染色温度为40℃,pH=5时,上染率可达75%左右;经明矾媒染后,织物色泽变暗,但耐日晒和耐水洗牢度均提高。Safflower red pigment was obtained from Safflower.Then its structure and absorption spectrum were characterized by IR and UV-vis.The effect of dyeing conditions and dyeing process on the dyeing properties were investigated through apply safflower red pigment on silk fabric.The results showed that the contents of secondary hydroxyl and tertiary hydroxyl were higher than those of other components, and the maximum absorption wavelength of the pigment was 527 nm.When the dyeing temperature was 40 ℃ and pH was 5,the dyeing rate can reach about 75%.After mordant dyeing with alum, the color of the dyed fabric became dark, but the fastness to sun and water was improved.
