高强度溶胶分散黑的制备及其应用性能研究

摘　　要：采用自制新型助剂作分散剂经研磨,制得高强度环保型黑色溶胶分散染料。测试了染料粒径、高低温分散性、稳定性和应用性能,并与常规分散粉/液黑染料进行对比。结果表明,自制的高强度环保型溶胶分散黑粒度小、强度高、分散性和稳定性优良;同时染色提升性及染深性优良,染织物色牢度好;染色残液深度浅,COD值低。该溶胶染料流动性好,便于计量,适合进行自动化、智能化印染应用,具有较好的应用前景。A sol disperse black dye with high strength and environmental protection was prepared with novel type of synthesized auxiliary agent as the dispersant.The application properties of the sol black dye were evaluated, and compared with the conventional disperse powder or liquid black dyes.The results show that, the sol disperse black had small particle size, high strength, good dispersibility and stability, as well as excellent deep dyeing and build up properties, and good fastness.Furthermore, the depth and COD of the dyeing residue were much lower than the conventional dyes.It has very good application prospect, for its good fluidity, easy to measure, and suitable for automatic and intelligent dyeing process.
