摘 要:目的:建立世居平原耐力项目运动员高原训练期间部分血液生化指标参考范围,为运动员在高原训练期间的机能评定和训练监控提供参考。方法:以2011~2020年到云南省体育科学研究所高原训练重点实验室进行测试的1494名平原运动员为研究对象,其中男运动员778人、女运动员716人,来自游泳、田径、自行车、赛艇、铁人三项和现代五项6个项目。晨起(7:00~8:00)空腹状态下抽取运动员肘静脉血6 ml,其中EDTA抗凝2 ml,无抗凝4 ml,分别储存在真空管中,进行血液生化指标测试。结果:(1)与文献报道的运动员血液生化指标参考范围比较,男子运动员高原训练期间睾酮(Testo)、皮质醇(Cort)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)和血小板(PLT)较高;女子运动员高原训练期间Testo、Cort、白细胞(WBC)、RBC、Hb和PLT都高于文献报道的平原训练参考范围,而血尿素(BUN)较低。(2)与文献报道的普通人血液生化指标临床参考范围比较,男子运动员高原训练期间肌酸激酶(CK)、BUN、Cort、RBC、Hb和PLT都高于男性临床参考范围,WBC低于男性临床参考范围;女子运动员高原训练期间CK、Cort、RBC、Hb和PLT都高于女性临床参考范围,血清铁蛋白(SF)和WBC低于女性临床参考范围;男子和女子运动员高原训练期间的CK、BUN、Testo、Cort、SF、RBC、Hb、Hct和PLT存在显著的性别差异。(3)高原训练期间,游泳项目SF、WBC、RBC和PLT参考范围较高;田径项目CK参考范围较高,而Testo、WBC、RBC和Hct参考范围较低;赛艇项目BUN、Cort、WBC和Hct参考范围较高,而SF参考范围较低。结论:建立了世居平原耐力项目运动员高原训练期间部分血液生化指标的参考范围。Cort、RBC、Hb和PLT的参考范围高于文献报道的运动员平原训练期间参考范围和临床参考范围。大部分生化指标参考范围存在显著的男女性别差异。同时建立了游泳、田径和自行Objective To establish the reference range of some blood biochemical indexes for the athletes of endurance sports during their altitude training,and to provide references for their body function evaluation and training monitoring.Methods Between 2011 and 2020,a total of 1494 athletes from plains and tested in the Altitude Training Key Laboratory of Yunnan Institute of Sports Science were selected,including 778 males and 716 females specialized in swimming,track and field,cycling,rowing,triathlon or modern pentathlon.Early in the morning(7:00~8:00),athletes were taken 6 ml elbow venous blood in fasting state,including 2 ml EDTA anticoagulant and 4 ml non-anticoagulant,stored respectively in vacuum tubes for blood biochemical index test.Results Compared with the reference range of blood biochemical index from literature,the reference range of testosterone(Testo),cortisol(Cort),red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct) and platelet(PLT) were higher.For females,during the altitude training,the reference range of the Testo,Cort,white blood cell(WBC),RBC,Hb and PLT were all higher than that from literature,while that of blood urea(BUN)was lower.Compared with ordinary people,male athletes had higher CK,BUN,Cort,RBC,Hb and PLT,but lower WBC during the altitude training,while female athletes had higher CK,Cort,RBC,Hb and PLT,but lower serum ferritin(SF) and WBC.There were significant differences in the average CK,BUN,Testo,Cort,SF,RBC,Hb,Hct and PLT between the male and female athletes during altitude training.During altitude training,swimmers showed higher reference range of SF,WBC,RBC and PLT,with track and field athletes of higher CK and lower Testo,WBC,RBC and Hct,rowers of higher BUN,Cort,WBC and Hct,and lower SF.Conclusion The reference ranges of some blood biochemical indexes of native plain endurance athletes during altitude training are established.The reference ranges of Cort,RBC,Hb and PLT during altitude training are higher than those for athletes during sea-level training or those reported in literat
