摘 要:目的:提升住院药房药事质量管理,改善药学服务,保障患者用药安全。方法:组建品管圈团队并集中培训,掌握品管圈十大步骤,针对药房的药事质量管理进行现状调查、目标设定、拟定对策并组织实施。结果:通过检查对策实施后一个月的工作情况,药品调剂差错发生率显著降低,患者满意度显著提高,改善后达标率上升至94.9%。目标达标率为102.3%,改善率为10.3%。结论:利用品管圈管理方法显著提高了住院药房的药事质量管理指标达标率。Objective:To improve the quality management of inpatient pharmacies and pharmaceutical services and ensure the safety of patients’medication.Methods:A quality control circle team was established and intensive training was performed,and then ten major steps in the quality control circle were masted and current situation investigation was conducted,and finally countermeasures were formulated and implemented for the pharmaceutical quality management of the pharmacy after the targets were set.Results:By checking the work situation one month after the implementation of the countermeasures,the incidence of drug dispensing errors was significantly reduced,patient satisfaction was significantly improved,and the compliance rate rose to 94.9%after improvement.The rates of the target compliance and the improvement reached 102.3%and 10.3%.Conclusion:The use of quality control circle management methods can significantly improve the compliance rate of pharmaceutical quality management indicators in inpatient pharmacies.
