摘 要:研究了淀粉/聚丙烯酸酯共混浆膜在不同相对湿度下的吸湿、放湿规律,分析了共混比对共混浆膜回潮率的影响,探讨了回潮率与共混浆膜力学性能的相关性。结果表明,随相对湿度增大,共混浆膜吸湿回潮率增大,但聚丙烯酸酯用量对共混浆膜吸湿回潮率影响不明显;当淀粉与聚丙烯酸酯共混比8:2时,在相对湿度65%条件下,共混浆膜综合性能较理想。通过研究淀粉/聚丙烯酸酯共混浆膜性能与回潮率的关系,为纺织企业织造车间相对湿度的控制提供理论参考。The absorption and liberation rules of starch/polyacrylate blended size film under different relative humidities were studied,the influence of blending ratio on moisture regain of the blended size film was analyzed and the correlation between moisture regain and mechanical properties of the blended size film was discussed.The results showed that with the increase of relative humidity,the absorption moisture regain of the blend size film increased,but the influence of the amount of polyacrylate on the absorption moisture regain of the blended size film was not obvious.When the ratio of starch to polyacrylate was 8:2,the comprehensive performance of the blended size film was better under the condition of 65%relative humidity.By studying the relationship between the properties of starch/polyacrylate blended size film and the moisture regain,a theoretical reference was provided for the control of relative humidity in weaving workshop of textile enterprises.
