摘  要:以大同鹊山煤矿7、8号煤层实际情况为工程背景,在分析了煤层间距、层间岩性、下部煤层采高、时间间隔、煤层倾角等影响因素基础上,采用比值判别法、“三带”判别法和围岩平衡法判定蹬空开采7、8号煤层是可行的。根据分析判定结论,从工程设计角度,提出了7、8号煤层生产能力宜为30万t/a;先期试采地段位于井田西部边界与F2断层之间区域;对回采工作面主要设备进行了初选;确定了井下巷道断面及支护方式。通过现场试生产验证,提出的主要设计原则和设备参数科学合理,7、8号煤层日产量为650t,年产可达32万t,取得了较好的效益。Based on the actual situation of 7^(#)and 8^(#)coal seams of Datong Queshan Jingmei Co.,Ltd.,the influencing factors such as coal seam spacing,interlayer lithology,mining height of lower coal seam,time interval and coal seam dip angle are analyzed,and ratio discrimination method,three zones discrimination method and surrounding rock balance method are adopted to verify the feasibility of the over-gob mining scheme in 7^(#)and 8^(#)coal seams.From the view of engineering design,the production capacity of 7^(#)and 8^(#)coal seams is proposed to be 300000t/a;the first trial mining section is located between the western boundary of the mine field and F2 Fault;the main equipment of the mining face is preliminarily selected;and the section and support mode of the underground roadway are determined.According the the the field trial production,the main design principles and equipment parameters proposed in this paper are scientific and reasonable.The day output of 7^(#)and 8^(#)coal seams is 650t/a,and the annual output can reach 320000t/a,achieving considerable benefits.
